After 5 days of being vegan, my little brother went from a baseline 16 sugars to an 8. After a month he has something he’s never had before: perfect sugars. He has to take less insulin AND he’s type 1. The same happened to my type 2 step mother: she has to go off her one medication because she’s lowing far too much. So yes! Veganism works, and there’s so much proof out there, and I’ve seen it MYSELF.
