Born Alfredo Bowman on November 26, 1933 in Ilanga Village in Spanish Honduras, Dr. Sebi came to the United States as a 20-year-old self-educated man who was diagnosed with asthma, diabetes, impotency and obesity. After unsuccessful treatments with conventional doctors, Sebi was lead to a herbologist in Mexico.

I thought I was healthy, i’m vegan and I lift weights 4 days a week. But my diet is heavy in rice and wheat and cassava have been a staple in my diet since I was a boy. Dr. Sebi says that cassava has cyanide and rice and wheat is not healthy because starch is bad. Also, I drink fresh vegetable juice twice a day and carrots is one of my main ingredients but Dr Sebi say carrots are fake. Dr Sebi rocked the foundation of my diet. I thought I was eating righteously.

Dr. Sebi’s diet is unfortunately unpractical due to the fact that many large corporations control our food and food is now Gentically modified and heavy with MSG….and many are brainwashed to eat processed foods. of course i did, but there is no payment plan. if you dont have the the money every month then you dont get the next package of medicine. yeah he has expenses but if the prices were lower he would have and ENDLESS amount of patients. but he doesnt have an endless amount of patients because just like my grandmother when they hear about the prices and how long it will take to cure them its just out of the means financially. make it affordable and he would make more money. it all about money right?
