By this nutrition-and of course your willpower- method your glucose level will begin to fall during your first week and you will be cured in 3-5 months completely. BREAKFAST:1) Firstly a green salad(rocket,watercress,endive,mallow,stinging nettle,lettuce,etc.)+natural oil+natural salt+lemon, 2) Wholewheat bread+cheese(100-150 gr) (Bulgur and soya are preferable to this), 3) An apple(or any other fruit) instead of jam, 4) Olives,onion(or garlic). LUNCH-DINNER:1)A salad like above before the meal, 2) A vegetable meal(parsley,leeks,spinachetc.), 3) Wholewheat bread-bulgur or branned rice, 4) 3-4 times weekly cereals (beans,chickpeas,etc.) can be eaten instead of bulgur or rice or bread, 5) During the meal or between the meals1 plate of soya (100-150 gr) or yogurt (100-150 gr) must be consumed per day.
