I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I HAVE JUVINILE DIABETES AND I NEED SOME TIPS ON SOME MEATS TO EAT. HOW TO COOK IT. THE DOCTOR SAID TO STICK TO FISH, CHICKEN AND TURKEY BUT I NEED TO KNOW SOME WAYS TO COOK IT. AND WHAT TO ADD. I ALSO COULD USE SOME SITES THAT GIVE PORPORTIONS FOR A 1500 CALORIE DIET, AND FOR DIABETICS. SO I NEED THE BASICS COOKING SKILLS, AMOUNTS, AND TYPES OF FOOD THAT WOULD BE OK FOR ME. IF YOU CAN HELP ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT VERY MUCH. THANK YOU!!! =)
